Refund Policy

At Bell's Fragrances, we want you to love every scent you choose. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Returns

You may return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact our concierge before sending anything back so we can provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Opened Fragrances

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different fragrance, please return the original unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the scent you prefer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
