We ship Monday through Friday from our atelier. Each fragrance is hand-wrapped in our signature tissue and sealed with a wax stamp.
· Standard (3–5 days) — $8 · free on orders over $150 · Express (1–2 days) — $18 · International — calculated at checkout, 5–10 business days
A tracking link is sent the moment your parcel leaves us.

Google PayAll transactions are charged in USD. Local taxes and duties may apply for international orders.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please reach our concierge before sending anything back so we can arrange a prepaid label.
For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are non-returnable unless faulty.
